CEF Grant Applications

The following are considered valid items in grant requests:

• Promethean Boards
• Kindles
• iPads (not iPhones)

Application Form

The deadline for all 2015 Grant Applications is Friday, September 25. CEF Grant Applications can be requested via printed application.

GUIDELINES:

• Other than the last entries starting with your name, at no time should you refer to your school, your grade level or school mascot in the project name or body of your application. Failure to comply could result in your application not being considered.
• All items granted are property of the public school in which they are awarded.
• Any funds left once the item granted has been purchased must be returned to CEF with the return documentation. Any outstanding required documentation not returned by the deadline could result in a report to the IRS as taxable personal income as well as affect consideration of future grant requests.
